Through our work with top brands across any and all subject matters, our clients are able to benefit from our extensive experience, deep library of translation memories, and ability to manage singular or multiple projects of all sizes. From creating teams of more than 400 people to collect linguistic data to executing the most technical and complex translations, we understand how to leverage industry-leading linguistic technology to maintain quality while streamlining the localization, translation and testing processes to reduce costs and accelerate your time to market.
Quality Assurance
LocTeam ensures quality throughout our translation, editing, proofreading (TEP) process. Our localization and QA specialists ensure an accurate, cost-efficient finished product by following these important testing and quality assurance steps:
- Exhaustive onboarding process to ensure our linguists are of the highest quality.
- Language lead selection to oversee all our resources to ensure that they follow best practices and comply with terminology and client style guides.
- Time and quality measurements of each task to maximize the cost effectiveness of the overall project.
- Continual training to ensure the entire team has the required know-how to deliver maximum quality.
- Thorough tools testing prior to deployment to guarantee accuracy and quality.
- Quality metrics to measure the number and importance of each problem and time devoted to solve it.
- Corrective actions for any specific problems, as well as the process itself, in order to avoid any repetition in the future (root cause analysis).
- Tracking corrective action taken and the ability of the new or modified process to prevent the problem from recurring.
Security & Confidentiality
Security and confidentiality are part of our DNA. We maintain complete control over every project’s information to ensure its security and confidentiality at all times. In order to maintain this control, we:
- Have a continual focus on information security, building security, and server and network security.
- Perform an annual external audit that includes equipment, networks, physical and processes security.
- Comply with the most demanding external audit related to data, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Control and continuously monitor equipment and internal/external communications.
- Do not use or host information on external systems or clouds. All systems are managed and hosted internally and are only accessible through our internal network.
- Limit access to project information to the employees working on it and have restricted areas for confidential projects that require additional security.
